I am
a documentary producer, archival researcher, and interdisciplinary storyteller with a deep passion for the intersections of history, activism, and healing. My work is rooted in the belief that powerful storytelling doesn't just inform—it connects, transforms, and restores.
I began my journey as a student of anthropology and international relations, where I was first captivated by the potential of documentary film to illuminate truth and spark change. That early inspiration led me to my first role as a researcher, and from there, I’ve worked across the documentary landscape—working on subjects from climate justice to art as activism, and exploring the layered complexities of culture, identity, and resistance.
Recent projects have focused on Black history, spirituality as a means of survival and resistance, and the cultural shifts that followed emancipation in the U.S. I’m particularly passionate about archival storytelling—preserving and reactivating the historical record to give context and depth to the stories we tell today.
Beyond production, I bring a background as a yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, and Usui Reiki master. These practices inform my creative process, grounding my work in presence, empathy, and intentionality. Whether I’m curating a narrative, diving into archival material, or collaborating with a team, I strive to foster connection and community through every story I help bring to life.
